It is possible to show the causal effectiveness of consciousness (mind) in the neural networks (NNs) of the brain only if the expediency of the functional involvement of consciousness (mind) in the information processing in the neural networks of the human brain is shown. What had been shown in our works [1,2]. Below we propose seven principles of information activity of the brain, which, in our opinion, describe the general patterns of information activity of the brain. a) The general function of the Brain is to organize informationally well-endowed motor acts on the basis of integrated experience in the conditions of uncertainty of probabilistic Physic World (this brain function is realized through the principle of the temporally-integrated causality (J.Winters)); b) The general function of the brain may be carried out only through the process of modeling of the future physic interaction of the living system with its physic environment on the basis of past experience. c) Brain NNs process information by means of mental phenomena (consciousness, mind) as inner networks of integration information factor; Exactly by means of mental phenomena (consciousness, mind) the brain NNs realize the process of modeling of the future physic interaction of the living systems with their physic environment on the basis of past experience. d) Free Energy Minimization (K.Friston) carried out by bioelectric processes in NNs of the Brain provides the mental phenomena in NN for the processing of information by means of subjective value. e) Subjective value is the processing information operator in the NN which cause them to be active biologically or/and socially expedient; f) Free Choice is the integration information (J.Tononi) factor in the Brain. g) The subjectively carried out processing of information (consciousness, mind) in the brain, which is carried out on the material matrix of the brain's NNs, is a semiotic phenomenon, due to which the information fixed in this matrix accumulates, actualizes, integrates and becomes causally effective for achievement correspondingly high levels of non-equilibrium dynamic stable states of living systems with their physical environment.
